Islamic Affairs Ministry Continues Implementing Custodian of Two Holy Mosques' Iftar Program in Nepal

Riyadh, April 18, 2022, SPA -- The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, represented by the religious attaché in India, since the outset of the holy month of Ramadan, has been implementing the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud's iftar program in Nepal, under the follow up of Chargé d'affaires in Katmandu Mohammed Nayef Al-Assimi. A total of 3,600 people have benefited from the program, where 600 food baskets were distributed to the poor and the needy through the attaché of the Saudi embassy in Nepal in coordination and communication with the official and private centers and charity associations registered at the government bodies and the ministry's officials working in Nepal, targeting the biggest number of beneficiaries in Ramadan. Beneficiaries of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' iftar program expressed their gratitude and appreciation for this benefaction, praying to Allah to sustain blessings, prosperity and welfare on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and reward the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince. --SPA 14:07 LOCAL TIME 11:07 GMT 0016 www.spa.gov.sa/w1722438
