Jazan, March 31, 2020, SPA -- Saudi Press Agency (SPA) camera has monitored efforts and readiness of operations rooms, emergency centers, and paramedics of Saudi Red Crescent Authority (SRCA) branch in Jazan to perform their duties during the curfew to limit the outbreak of Coronavirus. The Director of SRCA branch in Jazan, Dr. Muhammad Alsayyed, stated that the teams are ready and prepared to provide emergency medical services to all cases, including suspected cases of coronavirus, adding that they work around the clock to provide urgent medical services on 997. He also affirmed the centers’ readiness to manage epidemics in cooperation with the Ministry of Health according to health regulations. Dr. Alsayyed stated that during the past two weeks, the operations rooms received more than 12,200 calls and 2476 reports, in addition to 195 reports on “Asefny” application.
