Riyadh, Dec 13, 2019, SPA -- A joint scientific team between the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology and the U.S. Carbonex company, specialized in electronics, succeeded in developing a new type of electronic units manufactured from carbon nanotubes that achieve high speeds, exceeding 100 GHz in radio frequency applications. The technology developed is characterized by high performance and efficiency compared to the technologies that currently exist, enabling it to revolutionize the technology of radio frequency chips in communications, the Internet of things, the next generation of mobile devices and 5G communication technologies.
