Aden, Oct. 02, 2019, SPA -- The Yemeni Ministry of Foreign affairs condemned today the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist militias' continuation in obstructing the activities of international organizations operating in the capital Sana'a. "The announcement of the expulsion of the representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, the withdrawal of his travel permit and forcing him to leave Sana'a proves to the world the negative role of Houthi militias to weaken the activities of international organizations working in Yemen by terrorizing their staff and exerting pressure on them, amid complete silence of the international community and the United Nations." the Ministry said in a statement. It also called on the international community and the United Nations to stand firm and condemn these practices and violations aimed at obstructing, intimidating and terrorizing international workers in Sana'a and in areas still under the control of these terrorist militias, stressing the need to take firm measures to ensure the safety and impartiality of the staff of international organizations in Yemen. --SPA 19:56 LOCAL TIME 16:56 GMT 0039 www.spa.gov.sa/w1183375
