Cairo, 16 December,2018 , SPA -- A delegation from the General Secretariat of the Arab League headed by Assistant Secretary General, the head of Media and Communication Sector, Ambassador Badr Al-Din Alali, representing the Secretary General of the Arab League Ahmed Aboul Gheit, will participate in the celebrations of "Riyadh, the Capital of Arab Media" to be organized by the Ministry of Media tomorrow in the presence of Arab Ministers of Information and senior officials. A statement issued by Media and Communication Sector of the Arab League today said that this celebration comes in the light of the decision of the Arab Ministers of Information at their 49th session held last May that selected Riyadh as the Arab Media Capital for 2018-2019. The statement noted that the Kingdom will host the 13th meeting of the Arab Media Committee for Electronic Media on 19 December on the sidelines of the celebration.
