Riyadh, Safar 18, 1437, November 30, 2015, SPA -- A security spokesman of the interior ministry said here today that a border guard patrol at Al-Harth Sector in Jazan Region on Sunday evening, November 29, 2015 successfully intercepted an attempt by hostile armed insurgents to infiltrate across the southern border using machine guns and military shells. The border guard security patrol stopped their attempt to attack two border control posts affiliated to the border guard, exchanged fire with them and forced them to flee back, the spokesman added.
