Riyadh, February 17, 2020, SPA -- The GCC Assistant Secretariat General for Political Affairs and Negotiations held here yesterday a meeting to discuss the action plan approved by the GCC that focuses on the Horn of Africa and North Africa, in the framework of the joint cooperation between the GCC and the European Union. The meeting discussed the action plan, the European Union’s strategy in the Horn of Africa, the priorities for cooperation between the two sides, the most prominent challenges and the most important opportunities in terms of strengthening security stability as well as achieving development in the Horn of Africa.
