Riyadh, 07 April 2019 SPA -- The Mufti of the Governorate of Akkar in North Lebanon Sheikh Zaid bin Zakaria Bakkar said that the Program of Guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for Hajj and Umrah is one of distinctive programs that have a great status in the Islamic world, pointing out that the Program confirms the Kingdom's vision to strengthen ties of Muslim fraternity.
