The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques was received on his arrival at the venue of the ceremony by Prince Faisal Bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of the Northern Borders Region. Immediately after his arrival, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud was welcomed by the people. After taking his place in the main podium, the royal anthem was played.
