Washington, Muharram 4, 1440, Sep 14, 2018, SPA -- The United States of America has awarded the two heroic Saudi college students Theeb Al-Yami and Jasser Al Rakah the honorary Bachelor's degree in engineering by their two universities. This came during a ceremony held to mark their heroism and bravery in Western New England University in the state of Massachusetts, in the presence of the Deputy Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United States Sami Al-Sadhan; Cultural Attaché in the Saudi Embassy Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa; the Consul General in New York Khalid Al-Sharif and families of the two martyrs as well as a number of US academic professors and the Islamic community in the state. The Western New England University awarded the martyr Jasser Al Raqah the honorary bachelor's degree in civil engineering, while the University of Hartford awarded the martyr Theeb Al-Yami the honorary bachelor's degree in engineering.
