Carrying Search and Rescue Team, the Fourth and Fifth Saudi Relief Planes Leave for Turkiye Within the Saudi Relief Airlift to Help Earthquake Victims in Syria and Turkiye

Riyadh, Feb. 10, 2023, SPA -- In implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the fourth and fifth Saudi relief planes left Riyadh-based King Khalid International Airport today for the Republic of Turkiye carrying a search and rescue team equipped with all appliances in need, including machinery, equipment, pumps, medicines and technical devices to help them embark on their duties according to practical and scientific methods according to the nature of the event, with the purpose to rescue those trapped under the debris, the harmed and search for the missing. The team is composed of representatives of the Civil Defense, Red Crescent, and other volunteering field teams of diversified specializations.
