Makkah, May 06, 2021, SPA -- Acting Minister of Media Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi met here today with Bahraini Information Affairs Minister Ali bin Mohammed Al-Romaihi. During the meeting, the two sides discussed cooperation in the field of media as well as means of enhancing and developing the cooperation. In a statement following the meeting, the Bahraini Minister of Information Affairs expressed his happiness to visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and be in Makkah during the blessed days of the holy fasting month of Ramadan. He pointed out that the meeting with the Acting Minister of Media was a productive meeting, in which a number of Gulf and Arab media affairs were discussed. Moreover, the two sides have agreed on a set of mechanisms and initiatives. The minister said that working groups will be formed in order to increase joint coordination to tackle challenges facing the region.
