Dammam, October 6, 2020, SPA -- The Royal Commission for Jubail represented by Public Education, in cooperation with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Regional Center for Quality and Excellence in Education celebrated virtually yesterday the World Teachers' Day titled "Teachers: Leadership in Times of Crisis and Reimagining the Future".
