Riyadh, April 10, 2020, SPA -- Border Guards in Makkah Region on Wednesday managed to evacuate an 86 year-old Brazilian passenger and a 73 year-old Belgian woman aborad an Italian Vessel named COSTA DELIZIOSA, carrying the flag of the Republic of Italy in the Red Sea, after Jeddah Maritime Rescue Coordination Center (JMRCC) received a call from its Italian counterpart. In a statement, the Official Spokesman of the Border Guards Lieutenant Colonel Misfer bin Ghannam Al-Giraini stated that in coordination with the Saudi Red Crescent Authority, the patients were transferred by a medical team to a hospital to provide the necessary health care, taking into consideration all the necessary medical measures and precautions to prevent coronavirus, as medical examinations proved that they are free of the virus. --SPA 23:21 LOCAL TIME 20:21 GMT 0020 www.spa.gov.sa/w1304915
