Riyadh, April 09, 2020, SPA – The Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), in collatioration with a host of government and civil society organizations has invited Saudi industrial companies to take part in manufacturing ventilators as part of a concerted endeavor to combat the devastating novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). In a statement, Eng. Saad Al-Shahrani, Chairman of the SCE Board of Directors, affirmed the utmost importance of ventilators in saving lives of patients infected by the COVID-19, adding that this step comes in line with the Kingdom Vision 2030 via maximizing local content and providing economic opportunities and jobs.
