Jeddah, Jumada I 21, 1439, February 07, 2018, SPA -- The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has called for an immediate halt to the brutal raids by the Syrian regime and its allies against civilians and residential neighborhoods in Al-Ghouta and Idlib province, which has detroyed infrastructure, hospitals and medical services. OIC urged all parties in Syria to abide by international humanitarian law, which calls for the non-targeting of civilian targets in times of war, as well as avoiding casualties among civilians and innocents in residential areas.
