Ramallah, Muharram 18, 1437, Oct 31, 2015, SPA -- Israeli forces on Saturday, shot and killed a Palestinian at the Jalmah military checkpoint east of the West Bank city of Jenin. The occupation forces prevented emergency crews from providing medical aid to 18-year-old Mahmoud Talal Abdul Karim after shooting him.
