Sultan Al-Sheikh, CEO and member of the Board of Directors of Al-Hilal Club, said that the club is currently monitoring all tickets that are offered for sale in an illegal way for Saturday’s final match of the AFC Asian Champions League. He said that all the tickets that are offered for sale in a manner that was contrary to the regulations will be cancelled and will be put up for resale. Al-Sheikh alerted all the Al-Hilal fans that the official platform for selling tickets is the “Blue Store” application, and the priority mechanism for purchasing tickets was previously announced, and that it is limited only to the first buyer and won’t be resold. Al-Sheikh stressed that any platform that claims to offer tickets for Al-Hilal matches is a platform that commits a violation and does not represent the club. He warned the fans against dealing with such platforms or promoting them, or responding to any marketing campaign that they are carrying out. He said that the club retains all its legal rights to be taken against violators. “Al-Hilal Club does not bear any responsibility towards any party whose ticket is canceled as a result of obtaining it in an illegal manner,” he said. Al-Sheikh expressed hope that the fans would understand that this step was taken to safeguard the club’s rights and provide an opportunity for the fans who really want to attend the match and support the team to win the Asian title for the fifth time. It is noteworthy that Al-Hilal Club will take on Japan’s Urawa Red Diamonds in the first leg of the AFC Champions League final at King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh on Saturday, while the second leg of the final will be held at Saitama City Stadium in Japan on May 6.
