Nasreen Aldossary joined ROSHN as the group’s chief human resources officer and a member of the executive leadership team last year. She is responsible for leading ROSHN’s people and organization strategy, which includes developing strong talent and leadership, effective organizations, strategic capabilities and an engaging culture and work environment. As an active senior leadership team member, Aldossary is a highly accomplished executive with over 20 years of managing strategic alliances and initiatives, enhancing cultural diversity, coaching and people management, leading strategy and change management, as well as several entrepreneurial activities. She has a proven track record of success in developing and communicating efficient business policies and procedures for various profit and not-for-profit organizations. Aldossary brings a wealth of experience from high-profile sectors spanning from world-class investment banking and funding agencies, global financial consultancy services, regional educational and transportation organizations, developing and implementing human resources strategies and the management of HR. Before joining ROSHN, Aldossary was the chief of human resources and chief happiness officer for The Saudi Investment Bank since 2018. Prior to that, she was the head of HR at J.P. Morgan from 2013 to 2018. She has also worked in management consultancy, production, quality and cash management for highly esteemed companies, including Saudi American Bank and Saudi Aramco. Aldossary holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Hull, UK, and a number of certifications from esteemed organizations such as INSEAD, Project Management Institute and London Business School.
