Unfortunately, while some of the stuff is topical news that you will have seen on the Guardian website, some of the things are completely obscure and entirely at the whim of a capricious nerdy quiz master. There are bonus points available in the comments if you can spot oblique references to Doctor Who, but beware, you can lose points for needless quibbling.
