RIYADH: The Royal Commission for AlUla on Monday signed a memorandum of cooperation with Red Sea Global to help promote Saudi Arabia as one of the world’s leading attractions for tourists and investors.  The deal was signed in AlUla by Amr Al-Madani, CEO of the RCU, and John Pagano, CEO of Red Sea Global. The pact includes transferring expertise and ideas in keeping up with the goals and aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030. This cooperation is seeking to enable the RCU and Red Sea Global to achieve their goals as year-round tourism destinations, which would contribute to diversifying the national economy. Red Sea Global is developing sustainable tourist sites along the Red Sea by combining the coast’s rich biodiversity and cultural heritage with high-quality hospitality services and facilities.  The RCU aims to make AlUla a global destination that showcases history, heritage, arts, culture and sports. It also seeks to develop the province as a place for living and working.
