The WSL is back – and back with a bang! Goals, red cards, controversy – we had it all on the first Sunday of the season. Liverpool did what Liverpool do on the opening day – causing an upset against one of the title favourites. No such problems for Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City who all kicked off with wins – throw Brighton in the mix too – but it’s Leicester who sit top of the pile on goal difference.
