With an active user base of over 31 million citizens, Tawakkalna 2.0 facilitates access to more than 241 government services, eliminating the need for physical ID checks through its digital wallet services. Tawakkalna, originally known for its role in Saudi Arabia"s COVID-19 healthcare response, has evolved into a world-leading e-governance platform. Recognized with the United Nations Public Service Award 2022 for institutional resilience and innovative responses to the pandemic, Tawakkalna continues to revolutionize how citizens access government services, contributing significantly to the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
