Convoy bound for the Gaza Strip included 17 trucks loaded with essential food supplies AMMAN: Jordan’s Public Security Directorate announced on Monday that it successfully facilitated the entry of 26 UN World Food Programme trucks into Gaza, Jordan News Agency reported. A PSD source revealed that the convoy crossed Jordanian territory, beginning its journey from the Sheikh Hussein crossing and proceeding toward occupied Palestinian territories, eventually reaching the Gaza Strip via the Karam Abu Salem crossing. The convoy bound for the Gaza Strip included 17 trucks loaded with essential food supplies, three trucks transporting canned food, one truck carrying rice, and an additional five trucks loaded with clothing. Earlier on Friday, France and Jordan teamed up to airdrop seven tons of aid to civilians and aid workers in Gaza.
