The new West Ham manager, Julen Lopetegui, is looking to "create a new shape of football" at the club by putting his own "stamp and style" on the team. Lopetegui admitted to arguing with with the techincal director, Tim Steidten, over the club"s direction but insisted everything was now cleared up. The 57 year old will take over from David Moyes and said is fully committed to the east London club, having chosen the job over other offers.
