RIYADH: The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, and the King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity on Sunday signed a partnership agreement to support talented individuals. The ceremony, which was held in Riyadh, honored 18 talented men and women from several scientific fields. Dr. Aws Al-Shamsan, the secretary-general of the commission, spoke of the body’s pride in supporting talent and creativity, as well as partnering with Mawhiba in exchanging expertise and knowledge in science and research, implementing innovative projects, and raising students’ awareness about the importance of health-related sciences. Dr. Amal Al-Hazzaa, secretary-general of Mawhiba, said that the agreement enhanced bilateral cooperation while benefiting the students of Mawhiba, adding that the field of health was of the utmost importance for students at the foundation.
