Additionaly, a Tunisia court late on Monday sentenced Abir Moussi, a prominent opponent of President Kais Saied, to two years in prison, on the charge of insulting the election commission, local Mosaique radio reported. Moussi, the leader of the Free Constitutional Party, one of the largest political parties in Tunisia, said that the election commission is not independent and is affiliated with the president. Moussi has been in prison since October.
