The recently concluded Cityscape Global 2024 in Saudi Arabia marked a significant milestone for the Kingdom’s real estate sector, showcasing its growing appeal to global investors and aligning with Vision 2030’s transformative goals. The event highlighted Saudi Arabia’s potential as a hub for real estate innovation and development, with notable contributions from Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing Majid Al-Hogail. Cityscape Global 2024 achieved remarkable results, with real estate transactions exceeding SR230 billion, making it the largest event of its kind. The opening day saw the announcement of projects valued at over SR180 billion, alongside strategic agreements worth SR30 billion, signaling strong investor confidence and robust public-private partnerships. The exhibition also recorded unprecedented attendance, with over 172,000 visitors. Participation by 400 exhibitors and 550 speakers from across the globe created a dynamic environment for discussions and collaborations. The event welcomed more than 100 local developers and 69 international participants, reflecting a 64 percent growth in developer attendance compared to the previous edition. Al-Hogail played a pivotal role in the success of Cityscape Global 2024, leveraging international engagements and domestic initiatives to elevate Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector. Building on the achievements of 2024, preparations are already underway for Cityscape Global 2025, scheduled for November 10–13. The upcoming edition aims to expand on the successes of this year’s event, further cementing Saudi Arabia’s leadership in the global real estate market.
