A painting by the American artist Norman Rockwell was auctioned on Friday for more than $900,000. The painted work by Rockwell in 1919, was auctioned at the Heritage Auction House in Dallas on Friday. It was expected to be sold for $ 1.5 million. The buyer asked to stay anonymous. The painting, known as "Taking a Rest", was recently returned to a family that owns it after it was stolen from their home in New Jersey. FBI agents returned the painting to the Grant family in Philadelphia in March after being robbed in an invasion more than 40 years ago.
