Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmed al-Jaber al-Sabah held talks on Monday with visiting Iraqi President Fuad Masoum, reported the Kuwaiti News Agency (KUNA). Masoum and the accompanying delegation held talks with the Emir on bilateral ties and ways to bolster and develop them in all fields, said Deputy Minister for the affairs of the Amiri Diwan Sheikh Ali Jarah al-Sabah according to KUNA. They also discussed issues of common interest. The meeting was attended by Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf, Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber al-Mubarak al-Hamad al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah al-Khalid Al-Hamad al-Sabah, in addition to senior Kuwaiti and Iraqi officials.
