DUBAI: Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Justice Waleed Bin Mohammed al-Samaani issued a directive on Monday allowing GCC lawyers to practice law in the Kingdom, according to Saudi state-run news agency SPA. The decree also stipulated that Gulf lawyers’ licenses issued in their home countries would be valid. Law firms from other countries will have to comply with Saudi laws to be entitled to practice in the Kingdom.
