Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, kicked off on Sunday his three-day trip to Egypt by holding talks with President Abdul Fattah al-Sisi. Sisi stressed to Prince Mohammed: “The security of the Arab Gulf is an integral part of Egypt’s security.” Meeting at the Itihadiya palace in Cairo, the two officials discussed a number of bilateral affairs, underlining the need to maintain efforts to confront regional meddling. They then oversaw the signing of a number of agreements between Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
