The security committee in Taiz has taken strong measures to maintain security in the province during the holy month of Ramadan. This came during a security meeting, which discussed the safety situation in the province and means of resolving it, strengthening the presence of the state and empowering the pillars of security and stability in the city. The meeting approved “the extraordinary security plan that was prepared for the purpose of securing the province, strengthening the presence of the state and controlling the safety imbalances in the liberated areas of the province with the participation of all security and military units,” said a statement issued by Taiz axis military. It also reviewed the plan prepared on the proliferation of security, and it discussed the observations and proposals submitted by attendees to be approved by the governor and implemented later. In this context, the committee in Marib governorate also approved in an extraordinary meeting, which was chaired by Governor Major General Sultan al-Arada, the security plan for the month of Ramadan and a plan for security deployment. It called for preparing lists of wanted persons for causing sabotage and chaos and circulating their names at different points, ports and security bodies in the liberated governorates. During the meeting, an intensive campaign of security deployment and traffic police was launched in the streets of Marib to prevent traffic jams in the streets and markets as well as coordination among security bodies and military units to maintain safety and stability in the governorate. Arada stressed that this kind of work must remain at a constant high rate to overcome any obstacle, and he called on all bodies to hold responsibility of the units they are responsible for.
