The company is looking to build 30 theaters in several Saudi cities over the next three years. The Board of Directors of the General Authority for Audiovisual Media approved on December 11, 2017, the issuance of licenses for those wanting to open theatersn in the Kingdom. The initiative is aimed at supporting the film sector to stimulate growth and economic diversification and provide job opportunities in new areas, in line with the Kingdom’s ambitious Vision 2030.
