رويترز: قال متحدث باسم عائلة بوش، إن الرئيس الأمريكى السابق جورج اتش.دبليو بوش (الأب)، توفى يوم الجمعة عن 94 عاما. ورأس بوش الولايات المتحدة خلال انتهاء الحرب الباردة، وهزيمة الجيش العراقى فى عهد صدام حسين، ولكنه خسر فرصة للفوز بفترة ثانية بعد خرقه تعهده بعدم فرض ضرائب جديدة. وعاش بوش وهو الرئيس الحادى والأربعون للولايات المتحدة فترة أطول من أى من الرؤساء الذين سبقوه، وأعلنت وفاة بوش فى بيان أصدره جيم ماكجراث المتحدث باسم الأسرة .
