Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, received on Wednesday a telephone call from United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, reported the Saudi Press Agency. The two officials discussed the latest developments in Yemen and efforts to bring peace to the country. Prince Mohammed stressed Saudi Arabia’s support for UN efforts to reach a political solution to the conflict. He added that Riyadh was looking forward to positive results being achieved at the peace consultations that are underway in Sweden.
