RIYADH: The Saudi Telecom Co. (STC), the e-government program Yesser and King Abdul Aziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) will participate in GITEX 2019 in Dubai. At the international exhibition, the STC will unveil 10 innovative digital platforms created by young Saudis. Mohammed Abalkhail, director general of corporate communications at the STC, said the company is a pivotal player in the Kingdom’s digital transformation. He said that this years exhibition includes future digital services and solutions that enrich the lives of individuals and institutions. Yesser CEO Ali bin Nasser Al-Asiri said its participation aims to highlight the Kingdom’s role in the field of government digital transformation. He added that Yesser will showcase its products and services to government bodies, and that GITEX is an opportunity to exchange experiences with Saudi and international government agencies, and to have access to the latest technologies. KACST will showcase its efforts in marketing and innovation management. GITEX 2019 is the biggest tech show in the Middle East, North Africa andSouth Asia. Saudi Arabia is a strategic partner of this year’s exhibition.
