Chinese officials discuss Saudi Arabia’s anti-corruption initiatives

The visit aims to learn about the Kingdom’s experience in fighting corruption RIYADH: President of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (Nazaha) Mazen bin Ibrahim Al-Kahmous received the National Supervisory Authority’s VP and Deputy Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the People’s Republic of China Li Shulei in Riyadh on Wednesday. Chinese Ambassador to the Kingdom Chen Weiqing also attended the meeting. The visit aims to learn about the Kingdom’s experience in fighting corruption, in addition to benefiting from the experiences and initiatives of government agencies in this area. During the meeting, they discussed many issues of common concern as well as aspects of cooperation. The Chinese delegation was briefed on the most important measures and initiatives undertaken by the commission in promoting integrity, transparency and fighting corruption. Nazaha’s president was also briefed on Chinese experience in the same field. The meeting was attended by Nazaha’s vice presidents, Abdulmohsen bin Mohammed Al-Munif and Dr. Bandar bin Ahmed Abalkhail.
