Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has approved the formation of University Affairs Council in the Kingdom following the issuance of the new university regulation. The council leadership and membership is as follows: - Minister of Education, Chairman. - Deputy Minister of Education for Universities, Research and Innovation; Deputy Minister of Finance; Deputy Minister of Civil Service; Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Development; Deputy Minister of Economy and Planning; President of Education and Training Evaluation Commission, members. - Rector of King Abdulaziz University, Rector of King Saud University, Rector of Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University, Rector of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, Rector of Al-Faisal University, members representing university rectors. - Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Barrak and Dr. Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Sabti, members representing experts and specialists.
