RIYADH — The Saudi Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has received the Sharjah Government Communication Award 2020 for the best government social media engagement in the Arab region. The award was presented during the International Government Communication Forum, sponsored by Ruler of Sharjah Sultan Bin Muhammad Al-Qasimi. The event was held at the Sharjah Expo Center, where 64 speakers from 16 countries participated. Deputy Ruler of Sharjah Abdullah Bin Salem Al-Qasimi handed over the award to Majid Al-Khamis, the MoJ’s director general of information and communication. “The ministry’s communication vision aims to enhance the relationship with clients through several awareness and interactive channels, in both Arabic and English,” Al-Khamis commented. “We focus on the creation of innovative content, and reaching the target audience to raise awareness of the ministry’s objectives and initiatives,” Al-Khamis added.
