RIYADH: Saudi Shoura Council Speaker Dr. Abdullah Al-Asheikh convened a session of the council online on Monday during which the Capital Market Authority was urged to expedite the preparation of a legal framework for the introduction of savings alternatives for employees of joint stock companies. The council also called on the authority to take measures to attract foreign investors. The council asked the Board of Grievances to seek the assistance of the Judicial Training Center to impart training to its employees. The council, however, asked the board to make arrangements with the private sector only in case the Judicial Training Center does not offer any program in a particular subject. The Shoura Council also approved a draft agreement between the Kingdom and the Republic of Guinea to boost defense cooperation.
