MAKKAH — Saudi Arabia has always stood by Islamic countries and Muslims, especially when they are faced with crises and catastrophes, said Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, head of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, on Thursday. “The Kingdom always spares no effort in backing Arab, Islamic and other countries of the world during calamities, crises and disasters brought about by wars or nature,” Sheikh Al-Sudais added. He pointed out that the Kingdom — the government as well as the people — is ready to support its brothers in distress all over the world, as it has been one of the founding principles of the state ever since its inception from the reign of King Abdulaziz and all the way down to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman. Al-Suwdais prayed that may Allah the Almighty save and protect the leadership of the Kingdom, guide them to the best way He likes and accepts, provide them with His support and best reward for their ongoing efforts to serve Islam, Muslims and the entire mankind.
