DAMMAM — The Eastern Region Municipality has approved implementing the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs" decision obligating all commercial centers to provide a hospitality center for children. The Mayor of the Eastern Region Eng. Fahd Bin Mohammed Al-Jubeir stressed the need to hold the owners of commercial centers to the 6 months deadline set for implementing the decision to provide children"s hospitality centers. The area of children"s hospitality centers should not be less than 50 meters inside the commercial centers of more than 40,000 square meters. The Ministry"s decision aims to provide the best working environment for women and to remove obstacles facing working mothers, by providing and operating hospitality centers for children. It also aims to support Saudi women in the labor market by providing an appropriate work environment. — SPA
