RIYADH: The Taif Municipality has conducted 3,800 health inspections at commercial and food businesses as part of COVID-19 precautionary measures. Some 40 field teams have been working around the clock to conduct inspections of efficiency, food quality, and sterilization of  restaurants, kitchens, laundries, bakeries and all consumer facilities. Any businesses found violating the health safety measures are subject to immediate closures, the municipality said. The sanitation programs are also being ramped up now more tourists are making their way to Taif since the easing of travel restrictions.
