Sept 13 (Reuters) - Canada’s energy-heavy main stock index opened higher on Monday, boosted by a jump in oil prices, after the benchmark ended last week with its biggest loss since mid-July. * At 9:31 a.m. ET (13:31 GMT), the Toronto Stock Exchange’s S&P/TSX composite index was up 108.63 points, or 0.53%, at 20,741.69.
