Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman held talks with Jordan’s King Abdullah II at Al-Husseiniya Palace here on Tuesday evening. King Abdullah decorated Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman the Necklace of Al-Hussein Bin Ali, one of the highest civilian decorations in Jordan, during the ceremony. Jordanian Crown Prince Hussein Bin Abdullah II attended the ceremony. The honor embodies the highest level of bilateral relations between the two countries. Speaking on the occasion, the Jordanian Monarch stressed the pivotal role of Saudi Arabia, headed by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman, in supporting the nation’s causes. In his speech, Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman stressed the Kingdom’s keenness on consolidating fraternal relations with Jordan. “The goal is to push for a new phase of cooperation for the benefit of Jordan and Saudi Arabia, and there are great opportunities in Jordan that will benefit both the countries,” he said. The leaders also affirmed their pride in the highest level of bilateral relations between the two countries. The Crown Prince conveyed the greetings of King Salman to the Jordanian King, while the Jordanian King conveyed to the Crown Prince his greetings to King Salman.
