Empowering youth is one of Saudi Arabia’s priorities: Princess Reema bint Bandar

RIYADH: One of Saudi Arabia’s priorities is to continue empowering the youth as part of its Saudi Vision 2030 efforts, the Kingdom’s Ambassador to the US Princess Reema bint Bandar said on Friday, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA). “We Saudis are an emerging nation, 75% of our population is under the age of 35,” the ambassador said during her speech at the “PRIORITY” Summit organized by the Future Investment Initiative (FII) Institute in New York – which was held on the sidelines of the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly. On the social level, Saudi Arabia has also achieved higher levels of women’s empowerment, equity, and cultural inclusion, SPA cited her as saying.
