Tokyo, Jumada II 4, 1434, Apr 14, 2013, SPA - US Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in Tokyo on the last stop of his Asian tour Sunday. Kerry's first visit to Japan as secretary of state came one day before the 101st anniversary of the birth of North Korean founder Kim Il Sung. Kerry and Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida were expected to send a strong message to North Korea not to test-fire a ballistic missile, the Kyodo News agency quoted unnamed officials as saying. The two also met in London on Wednesday, when they confirmed plans for cooperation in the face of North Korean threats against the US and its allies. Kerry is scheduled to meet with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on Monday, according to a report of DPA. --SPA 12:18 LOCAL TIME 09:18 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/1098281
