Moscow, Jumada I 1, 1434, Mar 13, 2013, SPA - President Mahmoud Abbas of the State of Palestine arrived here today on a two-day visit to hold talks with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin tomorrow to discuss the resumption of peace negotiations and bilateral cooperation and regional hot files. The President of the State of Palestine will also meet Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev to discuss the most important aspects of bilateral cooperation and to develop plans to strengthen relations.
