Brussels, Dhu-AlHijjah 26, 1434, Oct 31, 2013, SPA -- The European Union is to grant Serbia and Kosovo an additional 15 million euros (20.6 million dollars) to help them in the process of normalizing relations, the bloc's executive announced Thursday. "The EU needs to show it is serious in its support to this process, in the interest of peace, stability and the well-being of the region," said EU Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Fule.
